On October 26, 2024 our next Silent Auction/Pasta Dinner fundraiser is ON .
The Program will be providing a Dinner, complete with salad, meatballs, garlic bread and dessert. Tickets are available for $12 from a TRP Family member, or purchased at the door for $15.
A Silent Auction with more than 600 items will be available for placing bids. Also a Live Auction hosted by KIm will highlight the evening continuing until 8:00 pm.
SUCCESSFUL SILENT AUCTION/SPAGHETTI DINNER FOR 2023
BIG NEWS! We had another successful Silent Auction/Spaghetti Dinner. Kim put on a party for more than 280 people. Many parents and volunteers came together to secure donations from area businesses, grocery stores and individuals. The TRP family assisted with organizing all of the auction items and preparing the dinner. Big thank you to Kiwanis Club of Frederick for assisting with setting up, serving dinner, and cleaning up at the end.
McCutcheon’s very generously provided our spaghetti sauce again this year. Parents and volunteers brought desserts to share. Brookfield Pumpkins donated all of the pumpkins
Jeremiah Herbst, Herbst Auctions, donated his time as auctioneer for the evening. Jeremiah was energizing and captivating, earning our program much need funds. Herbst Auctions also operated the bid recording and sales.
